I did a full metal roof replacement from shingle and also replaced my flat roof … they made me feel at ease from start to finish.   They also informed me about My Safe Florida Home which at the time was a Florida grant program that helped with roof replacement costs.. the workers were prompt and neat and along the way informed me about the status of my roof…. I must say that we were very much impressed with the level of expertise and attention to detail. From the quoting process with complete spec sheets of materials to be used and explanation of how is to be installed. To the meeting to sign the contract to start work was very detailed with explanation of steps of work to be performed. Actual sample of the roofing materials and why this is best for our roof type. Deposit was never cashed until permits were acquired to begin project. Called with date to deliver materials with date to begin work. Materials arrived as mentioned and work began on the date promised. Also very clean removal of old roof and stayed on our projects until completed in a couple of days. Our yard and roof once done looked as if no work had been done, very clean. Work was finalized and permit closed in one week. At completion of work provided a complete and comprehensive packet for our records with all of permit information and instructions to confirm all passed and closed. ARC Roofing is a very professional roofing company that always prioritized my situation, told me what my options were, and educated me on the topics enough for me to be able to make the best decision for my home’s roof replacement. The owner of the business, Ruben Collado, guaranteed me from the start that he provided a 5-star service and quality when replacing roofs, and I have to say that he kept his word! I received a 5-star service from ARC Roofing that is definitely worth a 5-star review.
The company is reliable, fast, professional, respectful, honest, and hard working. It took only around 4 days to tear off and finish the new roof, with permits and final inspections and all cleared. Another thing that I liked about ARC Roofing is that there was no hidden fees or surprising charges after I signed a deal. Exactly the quote that they gave me, was exactly what it cost me at the end, including all permits, materials, labor, inspections, and documentations with proof of completed work for your own records and to be used for insurance premium discounts.
Overall, ARC Roofing is a dependable roofing company for anyone who is looking to replace their roof and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
